AI scenes and avatars are optional extras. The app shows what is available. An AI scene lasts 4, 6 or 8 seconds, and a video can have up to 4.
About credits
Do credits expire?
Top-up credits never expire. Subscription credits reset every month, so unused ones do not roll over. Reward credits (referrals, end cards and posting streaks) expire 90 days after each reward, and the app shows when. The 200 free credits are a one-time grant.
Which credits are used first?
Subscription credits go first, then free-trial credits, then reward credits (the soonest to expire first), then top-up credits, then free credits. A video made with any free credits carries a small watermark.
What can free and trial credits pay for?
Quick and standard videos. One-click videos, AI scenes and AI presenters are paid with subscription, reward or top-up credits.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. In the iPhone app you can try Creator free for 3 days, with 500 credits for quick and standard videos. Apple offers the trial once per Apple ID, and trial credits are given once per iPhone.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it renews as a monthly Creator subscription at $19, with the full monthly credits. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Plans bought on the web start without a trial.
What if a video fails?
The credits it used go back to the same balances.
Can I turn credits into cash?
No. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be withdrawn.
Can I pay on the web?
US customers can. Open Pricing in the app to get a secure checkout link. Everywhere else, plans and top-ups are bought in the app through the App Store.
