1. Contact us
Write to support@vidmerce.app. Please write from the email address on your Vidmerce account (or tell us your @handle) so we can find your account.
For privacy requests (a copy of your information, a correction, deletion, or withdrawing a consent), write to our privacy officer, Luke Liu, at lukeliu@vanillapha.com.
2. Credits and refunds
Videos are paid for with credits. The app shows what a video costs before you make it.
Purchases made in the app (plans and credit packs) are billed by Apple. To ask for a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem page: https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases made on our website (United States only, when offered) are processed by Stripe: write to us about those.
If a video cannot be finished or an AI extra fails, the credits go back to your balance automatically, except for AI work that was already delivered (finished AI scenes, presenter clips or one-click clips).
If a purchase is refunded, the credits it gave you are removed, as far as they are still unused.
3. How posting works
- You approve every post yourself, one video at a time. There is no “approve all”, and Vidmerce never posts a video you have not approved.
- We post only to the accounts you connect, spaced out: by default at most 3 posts a day per account, at least 2 hours apart (you can allow up to 5 in Me › Settings).
- TikTok receives the video as a draft in your TikTok inbox, and you finish the post in TikTok. For Snapchat and the upload helpers, the app hands the video to you and you post it yourself.
- Every video and caption carries the affiliate disclosure (#ad, #pub in French). Check it is there before you approve, and keep it if you edit the post.
- A post that can’t go out (for example a disconnected account, or a video that has expired from our storage) is shown in the app, and nothing is charged for it.
4. AI labels
Videos with an AI presenter and one-click videos show a “Made with AI” label on screen.
When Vidmerce posts a video that uses AI for you to YouTube, X, Pinterest, Threads or Bluesky, it turns on the platform’s AI setting or adds a “Made with AI” line. On TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and anywhere you share a video yourself, turn on the platform’s AI label when you post.
Before your first video that uses an outside AI service, the app asks for your agreement. You can change it at any time in Me › Settings › AI services.
5. Cancel a subscription
- Bought in the app (App Store): on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Vidmerce and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple handles these subscriptions; we cannot cancel them for you.
- Bought on our website (Stripe): choose Manage subscription on our checkout page or on the page you see after paying. It opens Stripe’s secure customer portal, where you can cancel, change your card and see invoices. You can also write to support@vidmerce.app.
A subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
6. Delete your account
In the app, open Me and tap Delete account (at the bottom). Your account, connections, product photos and videos are deleted right away; our Privacy Policy lists what we have to keep.
Deleting your account cancels a subscription bought on our website, but not one bought in the app: cancel that one in your iPhone settings (see above). Unused credits are lost.
7. Commissions and earnings
Vidmerce does not pay commissions and does not promise any income. Commissions come from the retailers, affiliate networks or brands whose programs you join, under their rules. The earnings you see in the app are the numbers you enter or import.
