Find a product

Use the Today radar, search the Products tab, paste a link from any store, and read a product page, including “Needs your photo”.

There are three ways to find a product: today’s picks, the Products tab, and pasting a link from a store you already use.

Today’s picks and the Products tab

  • Today › Product radar · Today: a short daily list with the price, the commission rate and the competition level. See all opens Products. Coming soon
  • Products › Explore and Search: browse by category or search by keyword, category and store, with filters. Coming soon
  • Recommended for you: picked from your interests and the videos you made. Coming soon

Stores that can’t be browsed yet are marked Coming soon. Their product links still work: paste them (below).

  • Lists: tap Save on any product to put it in a list and plan your next videos.
  • Bundles: ready-made sets of related products, handy for a series of videos.
  • Brand partners: brands that licensed their photos and videos for your videos. Some offer a discount code or a free sample (the brand emails you to arrange shipping, outside Vidmerce).

Paste a product link

Tap Paste a product link (in Products, or on Today when there are no picks). Paste a link from any store or affiliate program: Amazon, Walmart, Target, Sephora, Etsy, LTK, ShopMy, Impact, Awin and more. Your link is used as is, so your tracking stays yours.

  • From another app, use Share › Copy link, then paste. You can paste the whole text you shared: the app finds the link in it.
  • Amazon short links (amzn.to, a.co) are read to find the full link. If one can’t be read, in SiteStripe choose Full link instead of Short link, or open the short link in Safari and copy the address.
  • TikTok share links can’t be opened: open the product in Safari and copy the full shop.tiktok.com address.
  • Edit title and price lets you fix what a pasted link shows. Leave the price empty if you don’t know it.

The product page

  • Price “as of” a date, the commission rate and an estimate per sale. Estimates use today’s price and rate; what you actually earn depends on what people buy.
  • Hook ideas for the video, and whether you’ve joined the program (Joined, or Not joined yet).
  • Your product photos: Take photo or Choose photos, up to 5 per product.
  • Make video opens the Studio. Save adds the product to a list.

“Needs your photo”

Stores like Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy don’t allow their product images in videos. Their products show a “Needs your photo” badge: add a photo of the product you have in Your product photos before you make the video. Don’t have it? The product page lists ways to get it, such as using something you own or requesting a sample where a program allows it.

Making videos in Canada: until more Canadian stores can be browsed, paste your own Amazon.ca, Walmart.ca or Best Buy Canada links and add a photo of the product. Today shows a short card about this for Canadian creators.
