Get started

Download the app, sign in with Apple, answer the first questions, and what the free trial and free credits pay for.

Vidmerce isn't in the App Store yet. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it's out.

Open Vidmerce and tap Sign in with Apple. Vidmerce uses your Apple ID only to create your account; there is no separate password. If you choose Hide My Email, we only see an Apple relay address.

Your first questions

  1. What do you want to post about? Pick at least one topic. Your Products tab starts with these, and you can change them later.
  2. Where do you sell? Choose the United States or Canada. This decides which stores and links you see first. You can switch any time in Me › Settings › Country.
  3. Language: English or French, for your scripts, captions and voice. The app itself follows your iPhone’s language.
  4. Have a referral code? Enter it if a friend gave you one. It’s optional.

Two short questions come up over this screen. “Are you 18 or older?” is required: Vidmerce and the affiliate programs it works with are for adults only. “Where did you hear about Vidmerce?” helps us; you can tap Skip.

The free trial and your free credits

Next, the app offers a plan once. When the App Store offers your Apple ID the trial, you can try Creator free for 3 days, with 500 trial credits for quick and standard videos (once per iPhone). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it renews as a paid Creator subscription. Tap Not now to skip it: you keep your 200 free credits, one time, for your first videos.

After that, a message tells you whether the free credits were added. They are given once per iPhone, so a second account on the same iPhone doesn’t get them again.

  • Free and trial credits pay for quick and standard videos.
  • One-click videos, AI scenes and AI presenters use subscription, reward or top-up credits.
  • Videos made with free credits carry a small watermark.

AI services

Standard, AI scene, one-click and AI presenter videos are made with AI companies that work for us. Before your first one, the app shows what is sent to each company and why, and asks you to tap Agree. Nothing is sent until you do. Quick videos without an AI presenter are made on your iPhone and work without them. You can change your choice any time in Me › Settings › AI services.

The five tabs

  • Today: today’s product radar, yesterday’s clicks, orders and commission, and videos that need your approval.
  • Products: Explore, Search, Lists and Bundles, and Paste a product link.
  • Videos: everything you made, by status.
  • Earnings: clicks, orders and commission, by day and by video.
  • Me: your link, plan and credits, affiliate accounts, social accounts, settings and help.

The bar at the top of Today and Products shows your credits and how many videos wait for approval. Tap it to see your balance in detail.
