Review and approve

Check the preview, the caption and #ad, fix highlighted words, confirm an AI video shows the right product, pick where it posts, then approve one video at a time.

Finished videos wait for you: on Today under Needs your approval, and in Videos › Needs approval. Nothing is posted until you approve it. Tap Review to open Review & approve.

What to check

  1. Video preview: watch it to the end, with the sound on.
  2. Checks: the disclosure (“#ad added”, or #pub in French), the AI label reminder when the video uses AI, and No income claims.
  3. Caption and Hashtags: edit them freely, then tap Save changes. The disclosure is added to every post automatically.

Some words can’t be used, such as income claims, promises of results, invented scarcity or health claims. When a caption has one, the app highlights it under “These words can’t be used” and tells you what to remove (“Remove … to approve”). Change the highlighted words, then save.

AI videos: is it really your product?

For videos made with AI, turn on “The product in this video matches the real one” before you approve. AI can get colours, labels or sizes wrong. If it did, tap ⋯ › Doesn’t look like my product and say what’s wrong: the video is removed and its AI part is refunded once (up to 2 reports every 30 days). This works only before you approve.

Where it posts

Under Post to, your connected accounts are on by default. Accounts that aren’t connected become a Manual share: you share it yourself, and the app reminds you at post time. Some platforms have extra options:

  • TikTok: the video goes to your TikTok inbox, and you finish the post in TikTok.
  • Instagram: Trial reel, shown to non-followers first (needs 1,000+ followers).
  • Facebook: Also post as a Page Story.
  • X: Include product link. X charges for each post: 80 credits with your link, 10 without.
  • Upload yourself: after approval, Vidmerce saves the video to Photos, copies the caption and opens Amazon Influencer, Walmart Creator, LTK or ShopMy; you finish the upload there.
  • Send to Snapchat: opens Snapchat with the video and caption, and you post it to Spotlight. Spotlight doesn’t allow links or selling. Coming soon

The “Made with Vidmerce” end card is optional. When it’s on, it earns reward credits (10 per video, up to 5 a day). Save to Photos keeps a copy on your iPhone.

Approve this one

Tap Approve this one. There is no approve-all: each video gets its own look. Each platform then posts on its own schedule, spaced out, and counts toward your daily limit; the screen shows when (“Posts at …”). For manual shares, Share now and Copy caption are right there.

If you don’t want a video, tap ⋯ › Delete video. It can’t be undone.
