The Videos tab lists everything you made. Filter with All, Needs approval, Posted, Processing and Failed, search by title or caption, and sort by Newest or Oldest.
Statuses
- Processing: “Making your video…”. The card says where it is, for example Being prepared on our servers, The AI clip is being made, or Ready to finish on this iPhone.
- Needs approval: “Ready for your review”.
- Scheduled: approved, waiting for its post time.
- Posted: open it to see each platform (Posted, In inbox, Delivered, Didn’t post) and Open post. Views, likes and comments show up once TikTok, Instagram or Facebook report them.
- Failed: “Didn’t finish”, with the credits refunded, if any.
Finishing a paused video
The last steps of a video happen on your iPhone. If you leave the app, lose the connection or the iPhone gets too hot, nothing is lost: the video shows “Paused — open Vidmerce to finish” and picks up where it left off. Tap Finish video to go on. If it was started on another iPhone, Finish here instead stops the other one.
A video waiting more than a day says “It has waited more than a day. Finish it now, or discard it.” Today also shows In progress (N) with every video still being made.
Discarding and refunds
Discard removes a video that isn’t finished. The credits for the parts not made yet come back. When an AI clip was already made, its credits can’t come back; the button says so, and you can finish the video instead.
If a video can’t be made at all, the credits go back to your balance automatically, except for AI work that was already delivered. The video then says “Didn’t finish · N credits refunded”, and the refund appears in Credit history.
Videos are stored for 7 days
Video files are kept for 7 days, unless a post is scheduled; scheduled videos stay until they go out. Cards show “Expires in 2 days” and similar. After that, the file is removed, but the script is kept:
- Re-render for free makes it again on this iPhone, with the same script and no credits, up to 3 times per video.
- If the AI clips are no longer stored, Render without the AI clips, or make a new video.
Save to Photos keeps your own copy at any time.
“Doesn’t look like my product”
For a video made with AI that you haven’t approved, ⋯ › Doesn’t look like my product lets you say what’s wrong (a different product, colour, label, shape or size). The video is removed and its AI part is refunded once, up to 2 reports every 30 days.
To delete a video, open it and tap ⋯ › Delete video. It can’t be undone.
